GC Governance Consulting S.r.l. was established in 2002 in response to the company management crisis that emerged towards the end of the 1990s, with the aim of challenging managerial culture to find new management and organisational paradigms, models and practices and promote a corporate governance culture.
All our partners and consultants come from companies in which they have held top positions in legal and corporate matters, corporate finance, corporate strategy, high profile director and manager recruitment, compensation, corporate organisation, organisational auditing and training.
